At Oaxen Slip we serve our interpretation of Swedish bistro fare, hearty and uncomplicated dishes, many of which are for sharing by two or more. Oaxen Slip is a natural rendezvous with a mixed crowd, a friendly restaurant you can frequent visit.

Christmas at Oaxen Slip

From November 24-December 22 are we open all day. Our weekly lunch special will be served from 11:30-14:00, and you can choose our “Julmeny” or classic a la carte menu all day from 11:30 – 20:00.

Considering the current situation in the world the Christmas menu will be served directly by the table in place of our usual buffet. Read more about our Christmas menu here!

Tuesday–Friday 11.30am to 4pm (2 pm is the latest arrival time)

Dinner
Dinner is served Tuesday-Sunday 5pm-23pm (latest arrival time 8pm Tuesday-Thursday & Sundays, Friday & Saturday latest arrival time 9.00 pm).

Brunch
Saturday-Sunday 12pm to 15.30pm (latest time to order from our brunch menu)

General info from January 2020

We take reservations for up to 8 guests, if your party is larger take a look at The Club Room!

We open reservations 3 months in advance, day by day.

Cancellation policy for parties of 8 or more: Cancellations can be made up to 72 hours prior to the date of your reservation, if you wish to cancel later than this and we are unable to replace your reservation we reserve the right to charge a late cancellation fee of SEK 500 per guest. In case of a no-show we also reserve the right to charge SEK 500 per guest.

We have two community tables for up to 8 guests that smaller parties may share with other guests. We have some tables that are not bookable online and we have 10 drop-in seats at the bar for those who are feeling spontaneous.

Our availability can change daily so if you are unable to find a suitable time online please feel free to e-mail or call us with any last minute requests or for assistance with an existing reservation, phone +46 8 551 531 05.
