Christmas at Oaxen Slip

From November 30 to December 22 its Christmas again at Oaxen Slip. Once again, we will serve our classic Christmas menu directly to your table. From herring, salmon and cold cuts to the famous “lutfisk“, hot dishes, desserts and coffee candies, you’ll enjoy the same Christmas favourites you know and love, made using the best Nordic ingredients from small producers.

Pescetarian and vegetarian Christmas menus will be available along with great beverage alternatives.

The Christmas menu includes mulled wine and coffee and is served Monday to Friday 15:00-21:00, Saturday & Sunday 12:00-21:00 at the price of 875 kr. 

We offer a smaller Christmas menu for children aged 4-10 priced 250 kr that includes Christmas ham, meatballs, sausages, rice pudding and ice cream.

New for this year we will be serving a set “Classic December menu”. This menu includes a selection of our most popular dishes such as tartar of topside, grilled char and almond cake. The menu is also available as pescetarian and vegetarian. Our “Classic December menu” is served Monday to Friday 15:00-21:00, Saturday & Sunday 12:00-21:00 at the price of 925 kr.  

We are also open for lunch November 30 to December 17 Monday to Friday 11:30-14:00 where “Veckans Värsting” and a smaller a la carte menu is served.

The final week, Monday December 20 to Wednesday December 22, the Christmas menu and the “Classic December menu” will be served all day 12:00-21:00.

For private parties of up to a maximum of 16 guests, we offer our Club Room upstairs. This is a secluded room with private service and stunning views overlooking Saltsjön and Beckholmen.

We are adjusting to the current situation and have expanded the distance in the dining room between each party and extended our booking times. We want to offer our guests and co-workers a safe environment where we keep our distance and minimize the risk of spreading infection.
